Abrupt climate changes the body's immune system, which increases the risk of catching a cold if you already have one, of course, the virus. Cold sores, also known as fever blisters, are a common viral infection. These are small blisters filled with liquid in and around your lips. These bubbles are often grouped into patches. After the rupture of the bubbles, a crust is formed on the wound. Oral ulcers usually heal in two to four weeks without scarring.
