I m taking concor 2.5 since 4 yrs but now it lowers my sugar upto 70 in winter and 59 in summer im taking bcz my heart rate and bp both are controlled but lower sugar is problem anxiety is also a problem can I take it in the night

I'm a 26 year old male, I recently got my test done of BMD and Vitamin D. My vitamin D levels are 15.9 and I'm diagnosed with osteopenia. is it reversible, how can it be done? how critical the condition is?
