Dr Zahra was the second therapist I had sessions with and to put it simply: she turned my life around. She's careful but clever with her choice of words. Gave me enough autonomy to help myself but stayed as constant support besides me throughout my journey. She's gentle and accepting. Her aura makes you comfortable which makes it easier to share the parts of yourself you usually wouldn't open up to others about easily. Would always seek her guidance throughout my struggles.
