I was not sure initially about reaching out to a psychologist cz it involved discussing your personal affairs with a stranger. My doubts were blown away in the very first session. I was able to share my problems because of the very friendly and empathetic behaviour of the doctor. A life-long bad habit started going away within days. I feel very confident about totally ridding myself of it, and start moving towards a mentally and emotionally healthy life. Kudos to Sidra Batool. I highly recommend her as a psychologist.
