In Short, Dr. Fareda Zaib is a HEALER and a life coach, very professional and highly recommended. For years, I struggled with personal issues and yet I wasn’t sure if something was really wrong. There was always, this uneasiness and irritation. Almost 7-8 months ago, after experiencing panic attacks and sudden outbursts I realised I need to see a psychologist. I used Marham app to contact Dr Fareda Zaib sahiba for e-sessions. Dr. Sahiba is really good at her work. At first, I was skeptical of psychology in general and I wasn’t very hopeful. Correct diagnosis of problem is key to cure. Internet is full of information and could easily lead anyone to make wrong diagnosis about oneself or others, which I believe is extremely harmful.Dr. Sahiba diagnosed my problems and sorted out relevant remedies. I was a smoker for more than 10 years and I was very much aware of harms of smoking especially the harms associated with mental health. Literally, I tried quitting more than 50 times in past 5 years. But it never worked. Every time I would start smoking again after few days. Dr. Sahiba helped me successfully overcome this addiction in a very effective manner. I also believe people struggling with other addictions might use her help. Now, I look back and realise I have changed so much in short time span.I am overcoming my shortcomings and doing better with things which I struggled before. I feel better, less anxious and more normal. After having therapy sessions I can say I'm not transformed yet, but I am definitely on the way to transformation. Lastly I would say, therapy isn’t always for people suffer from traumas and pains, it might help people who simply lack basic life skills.
