I am satisfied with the doctor.
I was struggling through travel sickness, homesickness, lack or confidence, agoraphobia, claustrophobia which was causing anxiety in my body and depression in my head... basically everything was wrong in life. The doctors said that I was physically and medically completely okay... the only problem was extreme imbalance of thoughts... only negative thoughts were talking over and my ability to feel all the positive things of life was slowly fading away. Alhamdulillah my brother properly saw what was wrong and realized that I need therapy. Many of my misconceptions about therapy and psychological treatments were also cleared... I had a misconception that once a psychological patient is always a psychological patient but it been 1 year since I left my sessions and alhamdulillah I don't need them anymore and hope the same for the future. I have achieved many things which I never thought I would be able to do... daily travelling to my coaching all alone... going to seaside all alone which is at least 35 km away from my home... travelling from karachi to hyderabad with family. Appeared in my CA papers in which I had to sit for 3.5 hours in one place and also donated blood (which is something even most of the normal people are afraid to do). I am not trying to create a false image here... those 1.5 years in which I was having my therapy were HELL... because nobody likes recovery stage... I took me every sheer ounce of will power to get in to that car and drive away from my home. So just therapy is not gonna help... you are gonna need some faith (call it God or whatever you believe in) that everything will be okay one day and it did, at least for me. Life is like a book... its okay to tear a few pages if you messed up but try not through the entire thing away.

5 ⭐ I started taking sessions few months back and I have seen major improvement in my day to day life. Allhumdulilah I have come a long way but it wouldn't have possible if it wasn't for her. She gives me enough time to talk and and listens very patiently and then guides me accordingly. Moreover I get small doable assignments for the week at the end of every sessions which also helps me overall.
