she is one of those doctors that are very approachable and help u without making u feel uncomfortable. I would totally recommend her to someone who has problem sharing but wants to tell someone and seek for help, she is one of kind. It was a wonderful experience and i feel a lot better

She is one of the best psychologist have ever been to. I was suffering from severe anxiety and stress and couldn't find a doctor to help me out with it but her therapies made me relax within a month. She never judges u for who u r and what are u suffering through. I would definately recommend such a sweet and nice doctor to everyone. She is the only one to make me feel that I am not a psycho plus her session fees is also very affordable. If in future i have any problem i will surely go to her.??

It's pleasure to have share my experience I am suffering from anxiety issues since last 4 years Since 4 years I must say I hav meet many psychiatrist, psychologist But I never been satisfied from anyone becoz everyone is focusing on money But Dr huma is working passionate n focused and know how to work At end I must say I hav learn n get better only in 3 sessions I am continuing Thankful to her and best wishes for continuing success aameen Highly recommended

I've had pretty bad experiences with psychologists before and I just stopped after 1 session mostly but with Dr. Huma, I have had about 10 sessions uptil now and I am so glad I found her. She is extremely good at what she does. She listens to you attentively and understands your story and then offers her neutral and unbiased opinion about everything and everyone. You feel at ease talking to her and you can share everything with her without the fear of being judged. She provides you with amazing advice and solutions. i couldn’t over my guilt for failing in my a’levels. I was having suicidal thoughts because the way my parents behaved and reacted to my result, always discouraging and expressing that im nothing but a disappointment, i was done with my life. I already knew Dr. Huma through my friends. She consoled me and is the only therapist ive ever visited. Im basically an introvert, it was hard for her to make me speak up, but she never gave up and now alhumdulillah im retaking A’levels with a lot of hardwork and determination.

I am very delighted to say that Doc Huma is a very skilled and specialised doctor my cousin has always suffered through depression anxiety that he would start hitting himself but later someone had reffered this doctor which helped him alot he has taken 3 sessions and feels much better he has started to become a normal person and much happier all credit goes to her surely I am going to go to her next time for any mental problem

Dr. Huma provides her patients with so much comfort and a very family-like environment. I have visited many psychologists but she stands out for me because of her pleasant personality. Deciding to see a psychologist comes with several questions like should I really do this? Will the doctor be able to understand my condition? Will it be any help? And the most influential society’s pressure will always hold you back. Mental health should be treated just as any other disease. Well, I’ve taken four sessions from Dr. Huma Aftab which has helped me a lot to sort out things she’s understanding and gives you a sense of comfort which is a need of a patient who suffers from any sort of depression or mental illness. Dr. Huma is a professional who knows how to treat a patient and shows concern in your best interest. I would highly recommend a doctor who takes the responsibility of the patient and shows keen interest. I’m much satisfied and happy that I chose her. P.s let your doctor decide your progressive journey never leave sessions in between.

best therapist in town, helped me get over my depression when i thought that this depression phase is going to last forever. I couldn't find any way out of it, a friend of mine forced me to visit a therapist and gave me Dr. Huma's info. She fixed my mental issues within a month, now im so relieved and full of positivity.
