My chair and I share the same #backpain problem as yours, perhaps! In 2021, when it all started and I had severe back pain, and I was on bed rest for 4 months. When nothing was working, therapists continued to prescribe a lot of medications and exercises for relief. After that, I met Dr. Shahzad Iqbal who tried to console me and I got full support from him.It was clear that uncomfortable chair and excessive sitting while studying was one of the main cause. He is the most commited to their work & loyal person being a doctor. Who constantly pushed me during difficult times Medication, On & off speeching sessions, exercises, breaks between working, along with adequate rest all helped my recovery. Remember!!
