I had to go through a sudden c section in November and a lot of weight about 96kg after the swellings were gone i was about 90kgs and dr suggested me to lose weight and i went to Dr. Tabindah... she helped to stay motivated and shed alot of weight...she never recommend me any medication all the weight i lose was through natural healthy diet she always hear my routine and problems in a calm way and suggest whats best...in 4 and a half month i went from 90kg to 74kg Alhumdulilah and the journey is still continue
