Through Marham Facebook group I get a chance to know her. I consulted her via on phone for my mother's diet plan. she had complaint of mouth ulcers, bed sores, uncontrolled diabetes and Hypertension. Ms Safeena suggested a soft and bland diet for her with meal timings and healthy food choices. My mother followed that diet plan for 2 weeks and she is Alhamdulilaah quite better now. Her blood sugar and blood pressure is well maintained, mouth sores are almost recovered and overall she looks quite stable and fine.
