My BMI was Less than 18.5 , it falls in the underweight category, I was weak and feels very unhealthy and my Blood pressure was generally measures low due to weakness ,I Got appointment with Dietitian ZUBDA ZEB, She is very professional and handle my Case very carefully , Now My BMI is healthy and By help of healthy DIET PLAN ,I feel Strong and healthy Now !
