mene night guard bnwya hai for teeth grinding but jb morning me bohat tight ho gata hai aesa lgta night guard ko remove krte krte teeth hi remove hogaye ga teeth grinding excessive hoti hai

aqal darh ayi hay or 7din se aqal darh ki dard hay..darh lagne k waja se cheek wli side py esa nishan hogya jb b mu band krti ya khati to drd hoti.. to yh chala jayega khud?
