میری کمر اور گردن میں کافی سالوں سے تقریباً 4 سال سے درد شدید درد رہتا تھا میں نے اگنور کیا کہ یہ خود بخود ٹھیک ہو جائے گا اور کسی ڈاکٹر وغیرہ کے پاس جانے سے کتراتا تھا اور جس کسی کو بتایا تو اس نے یہ کہا کہ آپ تو نوجوان ہو پھر بھی کمر میں ابھی سے درد ہونا شروع ہو گیا ہے ابھی تو تیری شادی بھی نہیں ہوئی یقیناً تو کسی غلط کاریوں میں پڑا ہوا ہے تو اس وجہ کسی بتاتا بھی نہیں تھا اور نہ ہی ڈاکٹر کے پاس جاتا تھا کیونکہ میں ایک حافظ اور مولوی سا بندہ ہوں اور عزت کا بھی مسئلہ تھا۔۔۔۔۔آخر کار درد شدید ہو گیا اور بڑھنا شروع ہو گیا ایک دو جگہ پہ فزیوتھراپی کروائی مگر بے سود ۔۔درد ویسا کا ویسا ہی رہا مگر میری خوش قسمتی کہ میرا رابطہ ڈاکٹر صاحب سے ہوا تو ڈاکٹر صاحب نے مجھے وجہ یہ بتائی کہ کمر درد اور گردن کا درد زیادہ دیر بیٹھنے کی وجہ سے اور سٹریس اور موبائل فون استعمال کرنے کی وجہ سے ہوتا ہے اور یہ تینوں چیزیں مجھ میں پائی جاتی ہیں ۔۔۔ڈاکٹر صاحب نے ویڈیو ریکارڈ کرکے مجھے بھیجی اور ویڈیو دیکھی جس میں چند ایکسرسائز بتائی تھیں میں ابھی ان ہدایات پر عمل کر رہا ہوں پہلے دن سے کافی فرق محسوس کیا ۔۔۔۔اور ڈاکٹر صاحب بھی وقتاً فوقتاً میرا پتہ کرتے رہتے ہیں اور کافی فکر مند رہتے ہیں الله پاک ڈاکٹر صاحب کی خدمت انسانیت کو اپنی بارگاہ میں قبولیت سے سرفراز کرے اور مزید کامیابیوں سے نوازے آمین منجانب: بندہ فقیر حافظ آفتاب

s diagnosed with TM 1.5 yrs back .... it was difficult for us to visit hospital on daily basis for PT .... i have contacted Sir Aon as he was available for bed bound patients in home for PT .... my disease will regress slowly n i know that .... my muscles get stiff badly due to neuropathy and have issue of uncontrolled bowl n bladder ... but since Sir Aon is very hard working as he never stops PT till my stiff muscles get relax n he is kind enough that even in between my session if i have uncontrolled bowl bladder situation he give break n start the session again n never leave my session due to shortage of time due to the break i have taken until we have completed all our exercises.... I hope n pray for his best future ahead n totally recommend him for the bed bound patients ....
