My Feets, Heels Hurt
when ever I wake up or get up from my laptop.. it's hard for me to walk for some seconds as my heels hurt.
Shoulder Pain
i have right shoulder pain problem, it pains when at specific angle movement is made, in winter upper neck muscles and under clevical bone muscle stiffed and movement is restricted for time being
