I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from one of your doctor's attendants during my recent visit to the [Dr. Syed Nazir Ahmed] clinic on [13.12.2023]. I arrived promptly for my appointment, but unfortunately, the attendant seemed preoccupied and borrowed an excessive amount of time before attending to me. Moreover, when it was finally my turn, I felt rushed and was given what seemed like the last available time slot. Although the doctor was super nice and very professional but since I had taken the appointment time a day or two before i think I shouldn't had to wait 1.5 hours. I understand the challenges faced in a busy medical setting, but I believe that patients deserve timely and respectful attention. This experience has left me dissatisfied with the level of service provided, and I hope that you can address this matter to ensure better patient care in the future. I appreciate your attention to this concern and hope for a swift resolution.
