السلام علیکم ڈاکٹرز مجھے نہ ایک ہفتہ ہو گیا میں پانی بھی ٹھیک پی رہا ہوں لیکن مجھے پیشاب بہت کم آ رہا ہے مقدار بہت کم ہے میں روزانہ 12 سے 13 گلاس پانی پیتا ہوں لیکن پھر بھی میرا مسئلہ حل نہیں ہو رہا
