When I realized that I'm gaining more weight day by day, with the reference of one of my kind friend, I consulted Dr. Azwa Iqbal (Nutritionist) and she instantly diagnosed the reasons and sent me detailed plans and some workouts to coup with this problem. Plan was easy to use and full of healthy dishes. After following the plan for just 10 days, I lost 6 Kgs which is outstanding and surreal. Dr. Azwa Iqbal is really nice person and she was easy to talk to. She worked very hard to prepare plans for me according to callories and weigh etc. Dr. Azwa Iqbal is very professional and polite personality. Thank you for your diet chart I lost my wait with your diet chart in 20 days I thought I would never come back to shape but you made it possible.
