Aoa doctor. I have Knock knees and i am 19 years old . They are completely together when i close my feet.
Posture Problem
I walk & stand with slouched posture. I just wanna ask how can i improve it. My cervical and thoracic vertebrae are anteriorly slouched and also my head&neck moves forward and backward during walk.
