Dr Nimra's plans are adaptable, doable and personalised according to one's needs with a plenty of options to choose from. This makes the entire journey alot easier especially for someone with a binge eating disorder (like me). I chose the 3 months weight loss program. 6 weeks into my weight loss journey, and I've already shed 8kgs and 5 inches around my waist. That was achieved without following the workout plan provided by her. Since I've been under a handful of dieticians before( very well-known and famous kind) , I can easily vouch for her being THE BEST.
