Salam Doctors! I have abnormal testes size i.e vericocelle.My right testes is very small as compared to the left one.I noted this probelm a few months ago.Today there was pain in right testes.Doctor told me that without surgery it cannot be treated.But I am afraid and try to avoid surgery and want to treate it through medication.Please Doctors help me which option will be best for me. jazakallah .
