Hello Doctor, I am facing this problem from a long time which is excessive nightfall. Before I consulted some doctors but could not find a solid solution then one doctor told me to take clomfranil 10 mg. if I take this medicine continuously then better if I stop this than its starts again. now I am in Iraq and can not find this tablet.. sometimes I get very tense about this. even I don't know which kind of doctor I need to consult. please give me a recommendation.
