Talk to Andrologist on Low Progressive Sperm Motality

As i have been married three years ago. when i went to dr sb. after check up and tests he said that your progressive motile sperm percentage is low that is why pregnancy does not occure. i also had microsurgical varicoceleoctomy but did not feel any changes. and still low sperm motalitt rate. what should i do. thanks
