if you have shortness of breath on walking,or fatigue,or palpitations then you should also go for blood test e.g CBC,

you should also go for ECG
if you have a weight gain, cold intolerance, constipation, hair loss then you should go for TSH test
if you have stomach or acidity problem along with Shortness of breath then you should go for gastroenterologist,

if you have productive cough,then visit chest specialist...

a single x-ray couldn't rule out your disease
