Agar aap ooncha sunte hain aur permanent ilaaj chahte hain, to sab se pehle yeh maloom karna zaroori hai ke sunne ka masla kis wajah se hai. Iske liye aapko ek audiologist se proper hearing assessment karwana hoga, jisme Pure Tone Audiometry (PTA), Tympanometry shamil hain.
Ilaj ka tareeqa aapki diagnosis par depend karega Agar masla temporary hai (jaise middle ear infection, wax ya fluid build-up), to dawa aur treatment se theek ho sakta hai.Agar sunne ka masla sensorineural hai (jo nerves ka issue hota hai), to iska ilaj medicine se mumkin nahi hota, lekin hearing aids se behter sunna mumkin ho sakta hai.Agar hearing loss progressive hai, to early management zaroori hai taake aapki sunne ki salahiyat aur zyada na ghatay.
Aapko bina check-up ke koi bhi dawa lena faida nahi dega. Isliye pehle ek audiologist se mil kar proper hearing tests karwayen, phir ilaj ka faisla karein. Agar aap chahain, to mai aapki madad kar sakti hoon.
