hello doctor. I'm married age 27 years. Delivered first baby via c sec 11 months ago. couldn't breastfeed my baby. issue ye hy ky mera breast size day by day reduce hota ja raha hy like a little young girl. delivery tak sb thek tha but now it's too small.
