Aoa My grandmother recently slipped and she is unable to move due to her leg injury she has previous history of leg surgery and they inserted rod she has orthoprosis also we were giving her voltrol for her pain than doctor gave her nuberol but no progress could be seen we have given her brufen just once but issue is she is continuously taking angiced after every 3 4 hours due to angina pain andisnot eating anything we took her to doctor but he asked us to continue her medicine for heart which she was taking daily and we r doing so but her angina pains have no relief what should we do now she on bed completely due to leg

Any other symptoms eg dyspnea, which drugs for angina? ECG done? Stop NSAIDS eg voltral brufen. Will consider anticoagulant after ECG, RFTs and troponin. For pain tab tramapar 1tds.
