The MIBI scan is showing very little viability of LAD region
Pt is having 2 vessels involved . I have not reviewers the CD of the Angio but according to report 2 vessels need to be fixed
I will recommend RCA to be fixed , in doubt of any benefit from LAD fixation . If MI is recent one then LAD can be tried
