I age is 33. I always have blood pressure 70/110. from last night I am having headache and my blood pressure is 70/130. is this value normal or should I take medicine

your blood pressure is absolutely normal.
just take simple pain medication like panadol for headache. blood pressure usually doesn't cause headaches. its a myth in society

I suggest have ur screening done for risk factors and do home bp monitoring.
