aoa. ecg showing u have severe heart problem . old heart attack. what is ur history ? BP ? sugar ? smoker ? ur weight ?any drug taking history ? swelling feet ?lipid profile ?
u must start Tab Lowplat plus 75/75 daily at night. Tab Sustac 2.6 mg twice daily. at least.
