I often have high blood pressure i.e 160/90 or 145-60/101. My all reports are normal and eat proper diet. Cholesterol 160. I am very anxious about this problem. Can someone help me in this regard.

You need evaluation regarding secondary causes of hypertension at this young age. Does your BP constantly remain on higher side or it happens some times? Are you currently using any medications?
Sir you will be needing few tests to look for cause of hypertension and also cholesterol levels are high
Aoa.In 95 % cases Blood pressure is primary,that is there is no cause.
5% are secondary, caused by many conditions.For this, many investigations including RFTs, Serum electrolytes,Echo are needed.Hope this answer ur question
