Needs to have a cardiology consultation. His ejection fraction is low . He will need medications to improve working of the heart and medications to stop further cardiac problems.

This post was made 5 days ago. We have consulted a cardiologist and he has a regular checkup now. Ap ye batayen is se chalne men issue ata Kya? because he is not able to go to the washroom on his own after a heart attack. BP bhe low rehta hai.

Tab lowplat plus, Tab cardnit 6.4mg, Tab lipirex 10mg, Tab spiromide 40mg Tab eziday 25mg 1/4 per day (for 3 days)
inj clexane 0.6ml was given for six days 2 injections a day with a gap of 12hours
