1. this type of pain is mostly due to cervical problem... related to computer or smart phone use or huge pillow.
2. palpitation on left or right posture is due to acidity... avoid bed before 2 hrs after meal, take milk or cap eskem 20 twice daily before meals.
3. labs are normal
4. check BP and sugar too
5. nuberol forte for cervical
6. ECG and ECHO if no relief

Okay sir thanks will do it.
Yes doc my father had CABG. He is a heart patient.
My sleep is affected from this as the moment i go to bed to sleep my heartbeat starts to go up. And i sometimes awake due to that and some jolts too.
Sir nuberal Forte and other is taken after food?

It might b due to strain or some exertion.All labs are normal but u have to go for ECG. Do u have any family history or any other risk factor?

Whatever history you told, Whatever situation you wrote down with some exaggeration and asome fright condition.
You told me where the pain is continuously tease you and how the heart beats behave.
You have done the maximum tests. You showed your ECG aswell.
And you want us to call it a heart problem.
No my son, this is not a heart problem.
There is still much to be said for heart disease.

I was really worried as i am unable to sleep from last few days as the hearbeat increases as soon as i goto bed to sleep.

Hi, I am Dr. Akram Asi..
I need your complete history like have u any chest pain associated with sweating, and character of pain like it's burning or squeezing in character..
well, please Get an ECG and send me..this will apparently rule out cardiac problem..
and second thing that's alarming is your cholesterol level (at borderline)..this should be controlled as early as possible..At this time there is no need to start any medication to lower your cholesterol level but you've to modify your life style as described below..
aur very important...
adopt these General measures.
-lweight reduction, if u r over weight..
-daily walk for 30-40 minutes
-llow lipid diet (no ghee, just cooking oil)
-luse fruits and vegetables
- quit smoking if you smoke..
Note: please get An ECG and send me..after ECG interpretation, i'll prescribe medicine for your health issue..

No i don't smoke and my weight is 73kg. Height 5.10.
Ok sir will do ecg
And no chest pain or burning situation like that alhamdulilah.
And i do exercise sir for about 30min daily at gym now.

till now take this pain as musculoskeletal pain.. roughly your deal weight should be (your ideal weight= height in cm-100)
have you taken pain killer? did you get any relief?
