Hi i had a fast heart beat and irregular all day so doctor prescribed inderal tab 10mg mor and even. Now i am feeling quite well My rest heartbeat av is 75 and when i exercise it is around 120 tob130. I have taken dose for 2 days only. For long should I continue using it. Kindly guide.

irregular means your rhythm of heart beat is not of normal character.
but it has many causes which can be cardiac and non cardiac.
complete physical examination is important beside symptomatic treatment by inderal.
i would suggest you to visit nearby cardiologist or Medical specialist to rule out cause of abnormal heartbeat which my be related to thyroid, your mood, cardiac and metabolic.
you can continue inderal as needed or until your investigations have been done...
I’m sure the doctor has also given you some tests to be done to find out the cause. Till then continue the tablet
