Pulse 80 to 90 beat are reasonable.. if u have symptoms like palpitation or dizziness along with pulse rate more than 100bpm then rule out cause.. continue ur antidepressant medicine nd try to busy.. took healthy diet nd walk.

there is no indication for b blocker...kindlyngo for basic workup first

6 month back when i did ecg which came normal at that time my pulse is 145 with a bp of 150/90 doctor than prescribed me atenolol 25
