Asking for Self, Male, 29 years old, Islamabad

Aoa I am attaching my eco report of april this year. Ecg was normal with bpm 105. I ve had chest pressure and stifness under left armpit and my left breast area from some time. Apparently eco was normal doc said nothing to worry. Now i am again chest stifness mostly while getting up in morning. I have pulse oxi meter and my heart rate goes up to 100 110 even if i go up some stairs or instantaneously stand up and do some light work. I can feel heart pumping. What is it? Kindly tell. My blood tests are normal with cholesterol 212 slightly elevated. P. S o haven't done any tests recently all done in April this year.

Wa alaikum assalam
Yes your previous echo report as well as other labs are normal
There are many more causes of palpatations as well other than cardiac u have to evaluate out that causes too like any acute infection, thyroid dysfunction etc
U didn't mention about any comorbids if you have. Chest pain sounds like non cardiac type well detail history and examination required for proper diagnosis

My sonÛ”Û”Û”Û”Û” one or two more tests left, you will get them done and if they come out normal, what will you do?

W/s.Although your symptoms look non cardiac but still you need consultation from cardiologist and may need some test to rule out any cardiac cause.
