Asking for Self, Male, 56 years old, Rahim yar khan
Angioplasty done on 11/9/2018. My medicine are Morning (clupid asp 75mg,actim 2.5mg) Evenings (Stat A 10mg,Valtec 40mg1/2) Can i now use (Sildenafil) for erectile dysfunction. Plz guide me about Sildenafil and any other medicine. Also suggest me about my heart madication. Thanks

Assalamoallaikum
for Starting Sildenafil we need to evaluate your cardiovascular status,.
because sildenadil is a potent vasodilator it's changes ones haemodynamics rapidly and may cause Cardiac issues if any remaining significant Coronary artery disease or Heart muscle dysfunction..
for this We need Current ECG, Echo, prior coronary angiography/plasty reports, Blood pressure pulse..
How much active you are? Any symptoms during Physical activity??
you are not using nitrates (cardinit etc) which are dangerous with sildenafil. but if you have any chest pain or SOB or low B.P on excertion then avoid using sildenafil.
and regarding medicine, get your fasting lipid profile done and update about heart rate and b.p then medicine can be adjusted.better visit your cardilogist monthly.
