Wa Alaicum Salam, medical management is a good option in this scenario. Angioplasty(stenting) may be an option but that depends upon multiple factors like pt symptoms and viability study.
I would advise to do his MPI scan for viability and ischemia before proceeding to stenting.
Agar EF low hae to angiography kerwaen aur agar suitable ho to Angioplasty ker sakte hain
Not a straightforward decision of stenting, have to look for other parameters of heart. So bettee to sit with a good Cardiologist and then decide a plan of action.
