Asking for Self, Male, 25 years old, Sialkot
Assalam o Alaikum and i have heart beat problem especially when I lay down but rarely walking. Many times after eating food I feel heart beat problem in middle of chest and some times chest pain on both sides just for few seconds or maximum 1 to 2 mints but not continues. My age is 25 I am not smoker

Doctor sahb I am facing this problem about one year ago at that time my heart beat pattern irregular. After few weeks that problem resolve but after 4 months I feel chest pain on both sides just for few seconds. Now I am facing that problem now. And feeling chest pain about 10 months. During this I checked myself by two cardiologist at that time. One doctor had done ecg, echo that was fine.

Chest pain not related to exertion is unlikely to be cardiac
To further exclude the possibility of Heart related Chest Pain you can have an Exercise Tolerance Test which if negative will be reassuring

Thanks I think you need 2 tests to evaluate your symptoms and exclude any serious disease these are 1.ETT that will see whether the chest pain is cardiac or not2.A 24 hour Holter monitor which will record your heart beat over 24 hours
