I have irritable bowel syndrom c from last three years. i never had pain in these three years, but from a month, i am having pain in right side below chest which is very severe and if that pain goes I got constant pressure on my chest. what should i do?

GET an ECG to be on safe side ... more history is needed

It is unlikely that you have heart problems but an ECG during pain is helpful
get an ecg done and follow up in clinic.

Does not sound cardiac. Continue your treatment from Gastroenterologist and if advises ultrasound of the abdomen then go for it.
Plus some mild analgesic eg panadol
