I am 34 years old Previously married with 2 kids now divorced I at times have extreme sharp pain that starts from the upper back and leads to the chest. The pain lasts from 30 mins to 1 hr. I have no history of heart disease in me or family. It has happened thrice with intervals of 1 month What can be the reason? Should I be concerned and see a doctor?

Salam u giving history of chest pain less likely cardiac origin.. pain can subsides spontaneously or by any medications.. any history of addiction, diabetes and hypertension. U can concerned with ur family physician or online cardiologist consultation.
