my age 23. I already intake Inderal 10mg from 8 years ago on the advice of the doctor. now I feel chest pain, irregular heartbeat, feel pressure in my chest again.8 years ago ECO test is clear. now the doctor again asks for ECO.I do not afford that Test again because not available in govt hospitals.plz, give me a better option. important not in my family already four people have a heart attack at age 50+.

i would recomend a TSH test. inderal will control your heart beat and anxiety.
with strong family history u should do a lipid profile, regular exercise (30mints , 5times a week) , improve u dietary habbits and avoid smoking.
advised tsh test and FLP test for cholestrol
i think no need of repeat echo at moment
u can add tab ivagen 5 mg twice daily for your heart rate control
