irregular heart from two or three months,like a heartbeat goes fast and slow, sometimes fast like 180 i checked it through oximeter,feeling dizzy like there is an earthquake,and right now numbness in some parts of the body and also blurred vision

After 3 c section i had really fast heartbeat like 180 to 200,when we contacted doctor he said it is because of g.a,but after sumtime i had 3 to 4 episode of fast heartbeat which crossed 150..right now baby is 15 months old heartbeat goes fast and slow all the time even while sleeping,and dizziness is about 3 weeks now which is disturbing my daily routine,i had vertigo x ray as well but it was clear..
