Talk to Cardiologist on ECG
Asking For Father, Male 51, Mianwali
Assalam Alaikum Dr. My father has glands in his nose, before the operation he had an ECG done, the doctor said that it is a heart problem, so solve it first, although till date he has never had a heart problem and neither has anyone in our family. Does anyone have or do they not use cigarettes etc. Is the operation not possible?

if surgery is life saving then go for it
but you should get a suggestion from cardiologist with Latest ECG proper history and some other tests as well
if surgeons go for a surgery with any cardiac issue then there is high risk of death during surgery
w assalam. it is a vague description . what is surgery exactly.? if pt has no current or past history of cardiac illness ,surgery can be done.just take opinion of cardiologist on ECG.
Walaikunasalam need to see ecg first and to asses on basis of symptoms if he has really had a heart issue or not and for all the operation which requires general anesthesoa needs anethesia review and cardiologist review to see the risk associated with operation so if u wish we can discuss and see ecg over online consultation thank you

Ecg haa changes but ecg is not done properly standardisation of ecg is not write i would rather suggest get ecg from cardiac hospital and get an echocardiogram done also thanx
