Talk to Cardiologist on ECG
Asking For Self, Male 27, Lahore
Can anybody explain if there is any difference between these 3 ECGs? My brother has had Anxiety and Cardiophobia for the last 3 years. Why is QRS in ECG 3 of V2 in the opposite direction? Can anybody tell, please?

no significant difference in these ecg. there is st sagging and t wave inversion but it could be normal as wel. need corelation with patient symptoms to proceed accordingly.

dont have idea one possibility is that electrode placement is not in proper position during ecg recording...otherwise its not possible to have 2 different ecgs of same pt with that abnormal orientation
