Asking for Mother, Female, 72 years old, karachi
attach herewith an ECHO report of my 72 years old mother in law, kindly guide if every thing is normal or do we need to consult a cardiologist? she is hypertensive and had chickunguniya 15 days ago

Echo shows a significant diastolic dysfunction.
needs probably medications for that. . There is LVH . BP needs close monitoring. there is mid cavitary gradient in left vent , need to be assessed.
there is mild pulmonary hypertension.
