Mujha feel hota ha k meri heart beat fast ha or mujha uski vibration bhi feel hoti ha or mujha sans ma bhi mushkil feel hoti ha.
But my tests TSH,ECG and Cbc are all normal
I feel its thyroid problem because i have Tremors in hands, anxiety, nervousness and mood problems especially in afternoon when i am doing nothing and i feel like my heart beat is fast and my breath stopps
Is it due to Anxiety??

Apki ecg normal ho sakte ha kw ke jis waqat ap ne ecg kerwae ho gae zaroori nhe fast ho aur sirf thyroid se heart beat taiz nhe hote aur bi wajoohat hote ha.. Aur yeh masla agar roz ho to apko holter monitor lagwana chahe..

most likely anxiety
get ur ECG during symptoms . also need Echo as well as TFT'S.. if its affecting ur quality of life then Holter test is also needed
