Yes. Youtold rightly. Next is your echocardiograghy. Please get it done by a cardiologist and sare report.
Thankyou for consultation. In view of your fast heart beat feeling, your ecg is not consistent with your complains, means your ecg is ok compared to your complains.Your ecg shows sinus tachycardia which is mostly present secondary other issues not related to heart.I suggest to consult cardiologist for reassurance.Rwgards

your heart rate is 118 which comes under definition of sinus tachycardia. its normal to have this much heart rate after some exercise. but if your heart rate is same most of the time at rest, you might need few blood test to be done like TSH

Needs a cardiology consultation and echo. If both ok then other causes for sinus tachycardia searched.
are you taking treatment for the anxiety you mentioned in comments? tachycardia can also be due to stress and a feature of panic attacks as well
Sinus tachycardia means your heart is beating faster than normal. Common causes include stress, anxiety, dehydration, fever, caffeine, or lack of sleep. It’s usually harmless, but if you're feeling dizzy, lightheaded, or it's persistent, see a doctor to rule out any underlying conditions like thyroid issues or heart problems.
ECG seems fine
