AoA How are you? Meri Ami ko heartbeat ka problem hai sometimes heartbeat Crossed 190 200 aor blood pressure is normal. CALAN SR tablet abhi use kr rhi hai but us se kuch farq ni pdh rha abhi tak... i am very depressed about her Health ..Please recommend medicine for this disease. Thanku so much❤

ECG and Echo both looks fine. But it can be paroxysmal SVT. Meaning the arrhythmia occurs when her beat is very fast as you said and for that we need an ecg during that fast heart beat episodes. Meanwhile get her thyroid profile and other baseline investigations. and yes continue the same medications as her heart beat is controlled on that

but jo medicine le rhi hai es se kuch b farq ni pd rha medicine lene k bad b heartbeat tez ho jati hai aik din me 4 to 5 dafa b hojti hai..please sir koi dsri medicine recommend krde fast heartbeat ko calm kr sky.

If she doesn't have any history of Asthma or bronchispams matlab koi saans ka masla nahin hai tou Calan SR ki jaga Tab: Concor 5mg aik tablet rozana use kr sakti hain. but better to go and see a Cardiologist in person and let him assess and then change her medications. And yes we need an ECG during fast heart beat. A question? Does she feel any dizziness or loss of consciousness during rapid heart rate?

Sir, ECG looks good and Echocardiography is also normal. For palpitations, it is advised to have ECG done at the time she has palpitations. Alternatively, she can have holter monitoring done if symptoms occur daily or event recorder if symptoms are occasionally.
