person-avatar

Asking For Mother, Female 53, Karachi

Salam,

My mother has having high pulse rate which is 100+.

She was having high BP (140/90) last week and palpitation and the pulse rate was around 56-65.

Consulted to a cardiologist and he told to have echo test and echo report was normal. He prescribed Misar 40mg (Morning) and Concor 5mg (Night)

By these medicine her BP and pulse rate gone normal but 3 days ago she had the night medicine and after that she started feeling unwell and pulse rate gone 100+.

She stopped the day before yesterday but pulse was still 95+ and now in the morning she has pulse rate in 70s but she's still feeling palpitation and feeling low.

My question is what to do in these situation should I change the consultant or something else?

Mother's age is 53, tests are clear but genetic cardiac history. Please guide.
