Walaikum us Salaam.. initial step is check the timings of the symptoms..(kis time hota he)..us k be dekhein kya khany sy pehly ya bad me hota he..aur ye behtar kese hota he..khud ya koi med k bad..aur kya isme chalny sy bethny sy..laitny sy koi farak ata he..aur phir kam az kam jab apko ye masla ho to kreebi Hospital sy apni ECG lga kr post krein..i will try to answer further..if symptoms are severe visit me..or any near by clinic

if all the other tests like Hb , AlT, serum creatinine, urine R/E and blood glucose are normal then anxiety has to be treated properly.

Probably you are suffering from Panic Disorder.All of these symptoms plus fear of death / fear of losing control happen in panic attacks . It's easily treatable initially with Antidepressants and psychotherapy.You should consult a psychiatrist and start medicine .Will feel relieved soon. Good Luck
